DESCRIPTION:Tuesday, July 1st at 2 p.m. at the Maison de la Culture’s outdoor venue\nChlorophone is a plant music project, creating a symbiosis between digital and biological sources. Initially distributed as a micro-magazine, it now also takes the form of a platform that roams public spaces in search of plants to be amplified with sound. This is an innovative and surprising cultural outreach activity combining art, nature, and science.\nFollowing the activity, there will be a coloring workshop, “Plant Skins.”\nParticipants will have the opportunity to color the skins while exploring the theme of diversity, while listening to the music of the surrounding plants.\nFree activities for ages 8 and up.
