DESCRIPTION:Creative workshop with Annie Beaulieu (Annieb.artistezen).\nThis workshop, in addition to providing a great time, will allow you to master free and intuitive creation, acceptance, detachment, trust, and ultimately letting go.\nWhat is letting go? It’s a trendy term; it’s easy to say, but not always easy to put into practice. In this workshop, artist Annie Beaulieu invites you to create an instant journal to practice letting go. By participating in this workshop, you will be invited to create from your intuition on a large sheet of paper. This sheet will then be transformed into a journal using a simple folding technique. It will be difficult for you to predict the final result; you will then have to release control and pressure.\nA creative and fun activity that allows us to fully experience a beautiful moment of sharing and creation.\nThis activity is presented as part of the Journées de la culture (Culture Days).
