Atkins & Frères specializes in high quality smoked fish and seafood. The Atkins brothers, James and Charles, settled in the Haute-Gaspésie in 1988 and made their first commercial batch of smoked products in 1993.
In 1997, they moved their production facility and store to the Mont-Louis bay, near the fishing grounds off the Gaspé coast. Today Atkins is a must for foodies visiting the Gaspésie, offering presentations and tastings of the products made here, as well as a wide variety of other regional products from the Gaspésie.
