In a hospice, somewhere in the countryside, Rose is dying. She is 96 years old. She has lived a beautiful life. Outside, the storm rages; a spring storm as powerful as it is unexpected. Jeanne, her daughter, and David, her grandson, are the only people who have managed to reach her bedside. For an entire night, Rose will try to reconcile them with her death, but above all with their own lives. Between Egg Roll recipes, monumental blunders, romantic encounters and heartbreaking choices, between fits of laughter and great grief, these three humans will discover how to tame great losses, but above all how to celebrate each small joy as so many treasures.
