Local final – Secondary show 2025
The Gabriel-Le Courtois school will present its local Secondary final in show on February 20 at 7 p.m. at the Maison de la Culture.
This year, more than 24 students will come and present a total of 13 competition numbers and one non-competition number. The young participants will then have a golden opportunity to surpass themselves and to familiarize themselves with the artistic environment, in particular thanks to the valuable involvement of Alexandria Givens, Marie-France Lavoie and Mathieu Gagnon who are leading the project. The winning numbers will represent the school at the regional final which will be held on April 5, 2025 at the Escabelle school in Cap-Chat.
You can get your tickets from Marie-France Lavoie before the show or directly at the Maison de la Culture the same evening. Tickets for the local final are $15 for adults and $10 for students. For more than 20 years, the Secondary in Show program’s mission has been the cultural and artistic development of young people in Quebec secondary schools, focused on experimentation, learning and training. Each year, the program brings together nearly 10,000 young people in nearly 250 local finals and more than thirty regional finals in the 15 participating regions.
