Atkins & Frères has specialized in the production of high-quality smoked fish and seafood since 1993. In 1997, the company set up its workshop in Mont-Louis Cove, on the Gaspé coast, near the fishing grounds, as well as a sales counter. A must-see on a gourmet tour of Gaspésie, the site offers tastings, an interpretation of the products made on site, as well as a wide variety of other regional Gaspé products.
