Exploramer
Seasons
Description
Located on the wharf in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts, Exploramer is a science museum focused on the marine environment of the St. Lawrence River. It features an aquarium with a living collection of marine species from the Gulf and five touch tanks recreating the water pools at low tide. The museum presents exhibitions such as “Me, the St. Lawrence,” “Refuges,” and “The Nature of the St. Lawrence.” Exploramer also offers sea excursions and activities along the shoreline. With the Blue Fork program, sample lesser-known St. Lawrence species during the “Dare to Taste!” activity. You’ll also find a souvenir and local craft shop, as well as a café for a delicious break.
