Distillerie Cap-Chat develops and produces spirits with wild and natural flowers, plants, spices, and herbs, mostly picked in our immediate environment in the Gaspé Peninsula. Come visit us and have a taste! Our store has a full view of the sea, and our tasting area allows you to see the room where our spirits are produced.
