The captivating sound universe of multi-instrumentalist and musical director Julien Fillion is sculpted by incessant musical explorations and by the mastery of the most striking tension-resolution dynamics. The original compositions from his eponymous first album released in 2021 and his new EP to be released in fall 2024 form a daring work combining contemporary jazz, rock and nuances of pop music.

Playing saxophone, guitar and keyboards himself and accompanied by an atypical ensemble composed of a bassist (Jonathan Arseneau) as well as two drummers (Alain Bourgeois and Thomas Sauvé-Lafrance), the artist offers a stage experience and a repertoire rich nourished by his experience and his diverse and varied collaborations with artists such as Bobby Bazini, Les Louanges, Diane Tell, Fouki, Rau-Ze and many others.
