1994. Just as he’s about to give up on his dream of becoming a filmmaker, Ricardo is chosen to participate in the TV show “The Race,” a competition that sends eight aspiring globetrotters to discover the world. When he arrives in Cairo, Egypt, all the conditions and misfortunes unfortunately come together to give Ricardo a hard time. Looking for a subject for a video he has to deliver in record time, the young man decides to step out of his comfort zone and this time propose a report on a much more serious and sensitive issue.
