En fanfare

Thibaut, an internationally renowned conductor, needs a bone marrow transplant. During DNA tests conducted on his family, he discovers that he was adopted. The patient sets out in search of his brother Jimmy, who decides to help him. Jimmy is a school cafeteria worker who plays the trombone in a marching band. When the band loses its conductor, all eyes turn to Thibaut. He decides to teach the basics of his art to his brother, who possesses astonishing musical abilities. Little by little, Jimmy finds himself dreaming of a different life…
