Corail is a Montreal folk duo composed of Julien Comptour and Philippe Noël, two longtime friends who, over several years of creating together, have built a sincere and touching bond. This bond is felt through their perfectly blended guitar melodies and vocals, carrying their frank and vivid lyrics in psychedelic folk sounds inspired by the 70s.
The duo released their first independent album, Maison, in the fall of 2023, followed by a collaborative EP with Vanille in the spring of 2024 on the Bonbonbon label. Julien and Philippe are currently working on their second album and continue to evolve in various projects on the Montreal francophone scene.
