The Great Walk of Cap-Chat

Welcome everyone to the 7th edition of the Grande marche de Cap-Chat, supported by the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie.
NEW ROUTE THIS YEAR
Start and finish location: At the Cap-Chat rest area
The Town of Cap-Chat and its recreation department invite you to come walk: Saturday, October 18, 2025. It’s free!
–> 1:00 p.m.: Welcome
–> 1:15 p.m.: Activities and warm-up
–> 1:30 p.m.: Walk begins
After the walk, a free healthy snack will be served. As in previous years, there will be a 5 km course as well as an alternative route. For more details and to register (it’s free), there is a prize to be won.
– Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
– Dogs are allowed, but they must be on a leash and muzzled.
Invite your friends, family, and coworkers. Doctors and healthcare professionals from Haute-Gaspésie will also participate in the event.
