La Mer à boire is a lunch counter with patio serving a vast selection of Smarter Seafood certified products, comforting soups, fresh baked croissants, local beers and espresso coffee. Free Wi-Fi. In 2009, Exploramer introduced Smarter Seafood certification for sound management of marine resources. The program encourages restaurants and fish markets to offer their customers some of the many lesser-known edible species found in the Saint Lawrence.
