Leave well informed

Touring the Gaspésie in winter by snowmobile? Yes it’s possible! Gaspésie has no less than 3,000 kilometers of maintained and marked trails that will provide you with wonderful moments.  On all routes, a network of relays opens its doors to you to warm up, have a bite to eat or even rest before setting off again to discover this vast territory.

The snowmobile section of Tourisme Gaspésie presents the essentials before leaving as well as the map of Gaspésie snowmobile trails that you can either order in paper format or download in order to plan your stay!

Once there, have at hand the link to the interactive map of the Fédération des Clubs de motoneigistes du Québec in order to know the condition of the trails in real time. Above all, don’t forget to purchase your right of access to travel on Quebec trails.

Backcountry

Since Gaspésie National Park and the Chic-Chocs wildlife reserve are off-limits to snowmobiles, backcountry enthusiasts have a field day on the public land. Pay particular attention to private lands and planted areas, as these are not accessible to snowmobilers.

If you want access to the best views and a safe, tailor-made backcountry experience, count on a company offering professional snowmobile guide services.

This winter, get on your snowmobile and explore the Mecca of snowmobiling!
