Mixology and Distillation Workshop by Mister M Cocktails at the Cap-Chat Distillery
Come and learn how to make your own Gin-based cocktails under the supervision of Mister M Cocktails (Mathias Leonet) while you will simultaneously do a supervised distillation at the Cap-Chat Distillery (with Pierre-Etienne Bourget)!
Well installed with you in the heart of the production room of the Distillerie Cap-Chat, Mister M Cocktails shows you how to make 3 amazing and simple cocktails yourself while, at the same time, you can participate from A to Z in a Gin distillation live, taste it and ask all your questions to the master distiller present.
Come experience this festive activity alone, in pairs or in a group! There will be concrete information, lots of practice, exquisite tastings… and fun guaranteed!
The introductory mixology workshop will allow you to become the perfect in-house mixologist for your gins! We will prepare delicious and festive cocktails together. You will have the opportunity to shake, stir and mix the cocktails if you wish or simply observe.
Mister M Cocktails will explain to you how to use mixology products so that you can benefit from them and appreciate their uses.
You will get :
-A brief historical overview of the origin and evolution of Gins.
-Participation (and tasting) in a live Gin distillation from A to Z.
-Daily recipes made just for you.
-Concrete practice in making your cocktails.
-Direct experience in using the shaker, utensils and glassware needed to make cocktails.
-Delicious moments of tasting your own cocktails. (You will make 3 specially selected cocktails.)
-All equipment, ingredients and alcohol will be provided to you for the workshop, you don’t need to bring anything except your curiosity and your smile.
