Avalanche Québec is a non-profit organization dedicated to avalanche safety in Quebec.
Avalanche Québec is the only avalanche safety expertise and reference centre east of the Rockies. Since 1999, its mission has been to protect the public, prevent accidents, and improve avalanche safety by providing awareness, information, and education activities and services to the population, primarily in Quebec.
