Guillaume Thibault

Originally from France, Guillaume officially settled in Quebec in March 2008. He set foot in Gaspésie for the first time as part of an internship in 2003 and it was at that moment that he fell in love with the region. It was also during this internship that he met a person who would change the course of his life! James Atkins hired Guillaume in 2008 as production manager and two years later he was promoted to general manager.

His challenge will be to find someone to take over the company. And yes, you will understand: he had the mandate to sell the company and ultimately, he sold it to himself. He never thought he would one day become an entrepreneur, but since he was so good at it, he couldn’t see himself doing anything else. He therefore acquired the company in 2013.

Guillaume is the “number 1 fan” of Atkins products. He enjoys seeing people get excited about their products, but he loves them himself. Its goal ? Continue to offer exceptional products and share them.

Projects for the company? Guillaume has more than one. He wants to continue to innovate while maintaining the authenticity of the company. In 2025, Atkins et Frères will officially be part of the ÉCONOMUSÉES® network in Quebec.

Guillaume is passionate about gardening, which takes up a good part of his free time. He also loves being in the heart of nature and exploring our vast territory, the one he fell in love with more than 20 years ago.
